IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH CEMETERY      A.K.A. Maple Ridge Cemetery
The Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery, in 1974, A.K.A. Maple Ridge, Section #3, Town of Richwood, Richland County, Wisconsin. It is located 1/4 mile east of County Trunk X on the Henry Knoble farm. The present condition is fair, considering the fact that it is now closed as far as burials are concerned. There appears to be 18 unmarked graves and 2 stones illegible. Mrs. Johanna Peterson, wife of Cornelius, was the last one to be buried here. Future burials are unlikely due to the generation span over the last few decades. New and better located cemeteries have now taken over in this present generation. The shift toward Five Points had a definite order in the events around the turn of the century.
